What to Expect
To place an order for breakfast, lunch or dinner:
- Select your food and beverage order details for selected day’s breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. Tip: If you do not want a meal or beverage (i.e. breakfast order), select “No Breakfast” in the drop down menu.
- Important: Deadline to submit food order online is 5:00pm, the day prior. If you miss the 5:00pm cutoff, please call 785-864-0835 until 7:00pm.
- Select your delivery time via the dropdown for each selected meal.
- Review and submit your order. You will receive a confirmation email with details.
- If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your spam and add “email@example.com” to your Safe Senders List to receive future confirmation emails directly to your inbox.
Payment and Billing:
- Do you have a dining plan? Charges will be deducted from your dining plan for the dollar amount listed on your confirmation email.
- Jayhawk Residential Unlimited Plans- If you have a Jayhawk Residential Unlimited plan, each isolation meal will be equivalent to a meal swipe. Grocery and essential orders are not included in this plan, and will be invoiced separately.
- If you do not have a dining plan, charges will be billed to your student account.
- Invoices will be billed twice per week and may take a few days to appear in your student account.

- We’ll be happy to assist with any questions you may have during our business hours from 7:00am-7:00pm.
Important information about your meal delivery:
- All meals and deliveries will be contactless – KU Dining’s delivery person will knock upon arrival and place your order outside of your door.
- Food will arrive in an enclosed to-go container.
- Plasticware / utensils and napkin will be provided.
